What ID do you need?

A current Australian driver's licence covers you for any standard rental. International licence holders, bring your passport along and you're good to go.

Insurance & excess cover

Basic third-party insurance is included with every hire. Want more coverage or a lower excess? We offer simple upgrade options and walk you through them before you sign.

Fuel policy

Every vehicle leaves full. Return it the same way and there's nothing extra to pay. Come back short and we'll top it up at our standard rate, disclosed upfront.

Traffic & toll guide

Heading through CBD? We'll walk you through how tolls are handled, which roads are affected, and how charges are processed during your hire.

Returns & extensions

If you need the equipment for longer, no formal extension is required (note our minimum hire period is 4 weeks). To return it, simply give us 1 week's notice.
