Every truck hire comes with full insurance coverage, roadside assistance, and GPS as standard. Tail lifts are available on request and every vehicle is checked and prepped before it leaves our lot.

Frequently Asked Questions
What licence class do I need?
Light rigid trucks are covered under a standard car (C class) licence. Medium rigid and heavy rigid vehicles require the appropriate truck licence class. We’ll confirm the requirement at the time of booking.
Is a tail lift available on all models?
Not on every truck, but we do have tail lift-equipped vehicles in the fleet. Request one at booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Additional charges may apply depending on the model.
What's the plan if something goes wrong mid-job?
Roadside assistance is included on all commercial rentals. Call our support line and we’ll dispatch help or arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible. We know downtime on a job costs real money.
